We congratulate you on your engagement and are happy you decided to commit yourselves to each other in this life-long, loving, sacramental relationship. Marriage enriches both the Church and the world.

Preparation (at least 6 months before)

To plan a wedding at Regina Coeli, there a few steps couples take to prepare, some of which have costs associated with them. Completion of these steps is required by the Diocese of Toledo so that you receive the necessary preparation for your marriage. If you have a wedding date in mind, please contact the parish office at least six months prior to begin preparation.

Fr. John Miller or Deacon Jim Dudley can perform your wedding. Some couples have a priest they know and would like to preside at their wedding. If this is the case, that priest contacts Fr. Miller as a pastoral courtesy to request permission to perform the ceremony at Regina Coeli. If you wish to have a Mass, a priest needs to preside.

If you would like to request a Marriage date at Regina Coeli Catholic Church, the first step is to complete the form below for both the bride and groom.

After that, you will be contacted by the parish office to schedule your first meeting with Fr. Miller or Dcn. Dudley.

The next step will include an online survey and a follow-up meeting as well.
