Deacon Carl Parran was assigned to Regina Coeli after ordination to the diaconate in October 2025. He loves academia. He has spent over 30 years learning in the academic field and has taught all levels in education. Presently he teaches at St. Mary Catholic Central High School in Monroe, MI. His responsibility in the parish is to assist at weekend Masses, witness marriages, baptize individuals coming into the Church, and officiate at funerals and committal services. One of his goals is getting to know the parishioner’s names.
